We are implementing RNAscope® Hiplex assay, that allows researchers to gain insight on cellular mechanisms and functions by visualizing single molecule expression with single cell resolution directly in intact tissues. The assay allows you to simultaneously detect up to twelve RNA targets (up to four target genes at a time) and is to validate gene signatures without compromising the morphological features of the tissue in question.
